The Poetry of Linda Shively

Inspired by poetry written by Linda Shively, a grandmother who has passed away, this collection of illustrations aims to capture her spirit and voice as a way of reconnecting. Created using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Fresco, heavily referencing photographs from the 1950s and 1960s of the family. A vintage effect was desired and achieved via golden tones and soft values in the shadowing and highlights throughout each piece.
